I could rave on and on about how wonderful working with Mimi and Friends has been! Emily Draper has been the Realtor by my side for quite some time and has helped me find the perfect home! Along the way, the entire team is so hands on and accommodating. I could not have asked for a better experience with finding a home and Mimi and Friends is definitely the route to take for any realty needs!

From our first meeting with her, we knew we had made the right choice. As out of state buyers, she went above and beyond to make sure all our needs were met. From showing us various properties via live video walk throughs, to communicating updates to us with every step of the process. From beginning to end, all aspects of our home buying process went smoothly! We highly recommend Cindi! She made us feel as if we were her only clients. Very attentive to our needs and small details of the process. We were equally as pleased with other team members we worked with from the Mimi and Friends team as well! Amazing team all around!!

Mimi's team was wonderful and our agent, Pauline was always on the ball, always responsive and helped us through a couple of rough situations, including a seller ghosting us. The friends of Mimi has also been wonderful including finding an inspector, lending agency and pool cleaner.

The best real estate team anywhere! Not only did they find and secure our dream house, but also sold our existing place for more than asking. They do so much more than we ever expected. Any problems we had along the way, from financing to hauling junk to inspections to insurance, Mimi put us in touch with people who handled it. They provided expert advice and guidance, calming our nerves and soothing our frazzled brains. And, to top it off, they are the nicest people you could ever meet! Cindi and Mimi became our friends for life. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Cindi very quickly ascertained what we were looking for and used her incredible network not only to help us find a great-fit home, but also to help us get to know the area and settle. She was great with our kids (who had to come along on most of the house visits), and went above and beyond to introduce us to friends and other useful connections. William and Mimi were by her side to coordinate the purchase process and advise on any challenges that arose. It’s a great team, and we’d highly recommend Cindi in particular!

It was a true pleasure working with Alice. I found myself as a first time homebuyer in the most difficult buyers' market in memory and it goes without saying that I could not have finally succeeded without an agent of the highest competence. In addition to her impeccable professionalism, Alice knew that persistence and a little creativity were going to be required to stand out to a seller. She continually deflected 6 months of frustration and rejected offers with her optimism, encouragement, warm sense of humor and a feeling that she always had as much time for me as I needed. Mimi was also involved in much of the process and that reinforced the correct perception that their years of experience and knowledge of the local market would eventually payoff. I will be looking to work with them again for any future real estate needs.

If you want an amazing experience, with a family like feel, and a genuine concern for yourself and your family, you WANT to work with MIMI & FRIENDS. From start to finish Mimi and Krista were absolutely fantastic.
My husband and I were in the process of selling our home in Las Vegas, Nevada and new we wanted to move to Tampa, Florida. However, we were unsure of where in Tampa we would like to move. From the start Mimi video chatted with us, got to know our likes and dislikes and filled us in on how the process would go. She got us linked up with Krista, a beautiful soul both inside and out. Both Krista and Mimi kept in touch with us over months, checking in to see how our home was doing in Vegas and ensuring that we felt confident that when we sold we would find the PERFECT home for us.
They were so RIGHT, and when we found a home we liked, Krista was absolutely willing to go and show us via zoom. We did a walk through of the home and loved it, she gave her honest opinion based off of what she had seen in our likes and dislikes over the previous months. She and Mimi and friends ensured that we were linked up with a equally awesome mortgage company and streamlined the buying process as painless as possible. Although, there is always some pains, Krista and Mimi were responsive, honest and open about the whole thing. Additionally, this was a quick sell as the sellers were eager to meet a timeline of their own. Krista, Mimi and the whole team were simply amazing. It was a true BLESSING to work with them all. I really can’t speak highly enough of the Mimi & Friends / KW team, and especially our realtor (who we now consider a friend!), Krista Jensen. Krista worked with us months before we even relocated to FL and really took the time to understand our situation and needs as first time homebuyers. Throughout the entire searching process, she was attentive, responsive, endlessly patient and overwhelmingly kind. She gave invaluable advice, connected us with an awesome mortgage lender and home inspector, and when things needed to be negotiated with the sellers, she totally had our back. Everything was “smooth sailing” all the way through closing (shoutout to WIll Owens with Pineapple Closings too!) and we just could not be more in love with our new home. I rate Mimi and friends a 10 plus! I cannot thank Alice Burnham (our realtor) and Mimi and Friends for the team effort that went into the purchase of our forever home. I know for a fact that without Alice (and Mimi) we would not be looking out over our beautiful backyard at this moment.
